Skypark is located to the west of Glasgow city centre, close to the SECC and new BBC Scotland Headquarters. The complex is currently split into six buildings, known as Skypark 1 to  6, forming over 50,000m² of office accommodation, industrial & storage facilities and retail opportunities. Our long-standing relationship with Skypark spans 4 years through our provision of FM services across the entire campus.

 

As part of ongoing upgrades and refurbishment to suites that become vacant, Hugh Stirling was appointed to undertake a Cat A fit out of a significant office space within the campus.

The project consisted of the following works:​

Strip out:

• Kitchens, bathrooms and IPS cubicles

• Ceiling and flooring

• Obsolete furniture, partitions and doors

 

Interior fit-out:

• Ceilings, flooring, carpet & vinyl to the designer’s specification

• Fire protection, sheeting and fire stopping

• Plastering and ames taping

• Decoration

• New K30 Glazed partitions

• Skirtings and joinery

• New door sets including our in-house FD60 door sets

• Toilets and IPS cubicles
